18/7/10 星野度假村 Tomamu Hoshino Resort → 北星山町營薰衣草園 Hokuseiyama Choei Lavender Park → 富田农场 Farm Tomita 8:00am After the mega breakfast… buffet again… we headed off to Farm Tomita at Furano. However due to this most famous and largest garden in Furano, many tourists were flocking there at the same time… and we were all stuck in a massive snail speed moving traffic.
9:30am A vast purple plain glowed and waved to us. All of us were so excited in the bus and anticipated to get down the bus soon, but Kenro-san quickly calmed us down and said that this was not the Farm Tomita. However we were unable to settle down in the bus with this kind of traffic. Most of us were mesmerized by the view on the chairlift above the fragrant lavender plain~ We said with this snail speed traffic we could have gone up to and fro on the chairlift and catch up with the bus… Our noise making kungfu made Kenro-san agree to let us spend some time in this garden first. 薰衣草在我脚下不断滑过……太过瘾了~
真的是圆了飞跃薰衣草の梦……
走的跑的跳的站的躺的坐的滚的……统统来啦~ 这里拍照可以直接躺在花海里，不用隔着栏杆假装站在花丛中。不过看到一些游客为了站在正中央把人家辛苦栽种一年只开一次花的薰衣草踩得稀巴烂，真的有点看不过去。劝大家不要只为了自己拍照好看而糟蹋人家的心血~!
Kenro桑受不了，赶鸭子大行动……
We could not stay in this garden for too long as we had a bigger garden destination to go to. Off we went on the chairlift down the purple hill we glided……

10:00am We got on the bus again and headed towards our ultimate destination, Farm Tomita ファーム富田. It seemed that the residents were influenced by the massive gardens around, it was cute to look at colourful patches around their houses. The traffic was much flowing now, but we still could see many people walking towards the farm direction.
This farm was the largest and most famous flower farm in Hokkaido with hectares of land divided to five different fields depending on the types of flowers planted. Garden hopping IV~
Kenro桑大方请客啦~ Lavender & rock melon soft cream~ Rock melon flavour was much stronger but not too sweet overall. It was really memorably yummy~
There were cafes and shops that sold a wide range of lavender related products including seeds for planting. Mum bought a packet and wanted to try to plant in Malaysia but until now it had become a souvenir instead…

From June to mid October, some trains along the JR Furano Line, including the Furano-Biei Norokko trains, stop at the seasonally constructed "Lavender Batake Station" (20 minutes, 220 yen from Furano or 35 minutes, 440 yen from Biei), from where the farm can be reached in a 5-10 minute walk.
12:30pm Lunch time~ 我祈求不要再是自助餐了……可是…… 5th Buffet meal 
There was a chapel in the New Furano Prince Hotel near the buffet area. The clean design made me feel so refreshed and light, at once I felt less guilty for eating too much food. 因遭到没完没了得北海道美食自助餐而反感的惩罚在此请罪~ 自助餐区旁就有小教堂真方便。
